Normandy Park UCC is proud to be a member church of the United Church of Christ, one of the larger denominations of Christian churches in the United States. The UCC is a church of extravagant welcome. It has a long-standing tradition of social justice activism and standing with those working towards justice and peace.
Although the UCC has an official Statement of Faith, it is up to each local church to determine what it believes and how it will carry out its ministry in service to Jesus Christ, the head of the church.

Our regional branch of the UCC is the Pacific Northwest Conference, which connects all the UCC congregations in Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska. It also administers our two beautiful camps, Pilgrim Firs in Port Orchard, Washington and N-Sid-Sen on Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Normandy Park UCC is involved with conference activities and church members attend the conference Annual Meeting held each spring.
